The letting line are extremely professional. We have been with them for years and they handle everything in a timely manner. Any issues we have are dealt with promptly and without a fuss. We are extremely happy with their services.
Ive used Sarah and her team - kaleigh and Olivia at the letting line for over 10 years, they have always been very helpful and professional resolving all the problems that arise when letting a property. I Would highly recommend them.
I am renting a property through this company as a tenant. Overall, the experience has been positive so far.Staff are friendly and communication has been mostly clear. It was definately a refreshing change in comparison to other nightmare agencies we were liaising with when searching for a property. The staff here spoke to us and treated us like actual people.We experienced ourselves and witnessed how other companies were treating potential clients as just numbers instead of people. Dealing with the letting line was admittedly a refreshing change.The main two people we were in contact with were Angela and Owen. I would just like to commend them on their work and express our gratitude for their help. The rest of the staff we spoke to were also friendly and helpful. There was even a lovely touch of a card for welcoming us to our new home.I have not had to really make any calls since securing the property so can't comment on aftercare but leading up to it, it was mostly a positive experience, besides a couple of challenges with communication between landlord and letting agent. However, this may of been out of the letting agents hands.I have also not finished my first year of the contract so can't comment on the renewal process yet.They have also been well at communicating in advance when property checks are taking place. My only recommendation for improvement here is that they are not able to provide a time for the visits and we are not comfortable with a stranger in our home whilst nobody is present. Therefore, I wait around on the days of these visits. If a time could be provided then this would be helpful so we could plan around the visit on the day. I understand if this is out of the companies hands. It could be an independent company acting on behalf of the letting line/landlord. I am happy for my number to be shared so the person doing the checks can contact me directly to communicate a rough time.Based on my experience so far, I would recommend reaching out to the letting line if looking for a rental property.
Owen, Emily & Olivia were extremely amenable and communicative during the entire process of myself obtaining the rental on the property. The timeline was quick and smooth and they remain in contact for any queries. I would highly recommend the team !
Very helpful and approachable staff who pay attention to detail throughout the letting process. They have found good tenants quickly, and are happy to provide assistance with any aspect of admin or arrangements and compliance with legal requirements.I am a satisfied landlord using the services of The Letting Line for a number of years.
